Internet Explorer 7 features the possiblity to set multiple home pages. This can be specially handy if you mantain a personal page in both Google and Yahoo (or others), and you would like to have them open by default when you start your browser.
Be aware that this new feature introduces a performance degradation in the browser’s startup as multiple pages are open. (See this post for a simple method to speed up IE by avoiding the load of the home page)
How to configure to open multiple Home pages?
- Open IE 7
- Click Tools || Internet Options
- In the Home Page section, located at the top of the General tab specify your home pages as shown below:

- Click OK
- Restart IE 7
Firefox user? See how to configure FF to show multiple home pages here.
