A nifty (but not too used) feature Outlook has is the option to delay the delivery of a message to a later time. This one comes handy if you would like to schedule an announcement, or just want to impress your boss, so he will think you stay until late at office
Here’s how you do it in Outlook 2007:
- Create a new message
- Click Message and then Delay Delivery
- Check the Do not deliver before checkbox and specify a date and time
- Click OK
and in other Outlook versions:
- Create a new message
- Click the Options button
- Check the Do not deliver before checkbox and specify a date and time
- Click OK
