If i remember correctly, the button in MS Word converts from Word to PDF. This trick is for the opposite: PDF 2 Word.

Using the &quot;copy-paste&quot; method you can&#039;t copy the frames, images nor the formatting.
I suggest you try a conversion tool, you&#039;ll be surprised from the results :)

		<description>Usually I simply copy the text, paste it in word and save it there as a .doc. Actually, that would be a .odt since I use OpenOffice ;)</description>
