Today, i couldn’t connect to my Skype client. First I thought something is wrong with my password , but apparently the reason was a big scale outage in Skype services worldwide today.
As of now (22:30 GMT+2), Skype is still unavailable, and resolution is expected within 12 to 24 hours.
The Skype team is aware of this problem and i bet they won’t sleep much until its resolution. The outage affects millions of people who rely on Skype for communicating with each other. Not longer a freebie, Skype is required to improve its level of service which has been inconsistent lately.
