So if you get bored, just change your profile picture. Its a pity though in that you can't customize it freely e.g. assigning your choice of colors or using additional skins. This worked for me :

The only catch is that your friends must have the pagerageprofile application added to their account in order to see your layout. If you & your friends are into this, shouldn't be a big problem.
