Question:
Currently, i receive all my MySpace notifications to my MSN email address. I would like to receive those notifications to my brand new GMail address instead. How can i accomplish that?
Answer:
MySpace uses your contact email address in order to send you notifications as per your preferences, login info and such alike. You can easily set a new MySpace contact address using the following steps:
- Login to MySpace.com
- Click Settings (or Account Settings in the old MySpace.com skin)
- In the Contact Address text box specify your new email address.
- Hit Save Changes
That’s it, from now on all MySpace notifications will be routed to your new MySpace contact address. Note that this procedure doesn’t change the email address which is associated with your account and that you use in order to login to MySpace.

Yea, I don’t know what to do now… I have done Myspace for years and I am now changing email addresses but it WON’T let me. I go through Account Settings and all but when it comes up for the contact Address, I click but there is no cursor bar in the box. All it will let me do is copy or highlight the contact address. Please help me, I need to change my contact address…

I have the same problem. You can’t change the e-mail add in the contact box…it won’t delete!
I don’t use my AOL e-mail add and I need to change it so I can get my notifications to my new e-mail add.
