Want to easily customize your MySpace profile? You can find hundreds of codes at our MySpace codes and MySpace generators and tweaks sections.
Question:
Here’s one from Tom: I am working on my brand new MySpace blog and web page, and would like to insert a link to a few pictures of mine in the About Me section on MySpace? Your help is appreciated.
Answer:
Before you place a link to a picture on MySpace, you’ll need to make sure that your picture is stored somewhere on the web (and not on your personal computer). There are quite a few image hosting services (the more famous are FlickR and Photobucket) to which you can easily upload your pictures from your PC before linking them on MySpace. Note that you can also store your pics on MySpace as well.
Please follow this procedure in order to create a link to a photo on MySpace:
- Upload you pics to an Image Hosting service of choice (or to MySpace) and grab the link to the uploaded picture (more on that in steps 1-3 of this tutorial)
- On MySpace, hit Edit Profile
- Copy the following code to any section of your choice:
Your_TextNote that Your_pic_url is the uploaded image URL you found in the first step and Your_Text is the link text
- Click Save all Changes
