Question:
Doran asks: I manage my personal time table using the friendly web based Google Calendar. I wanted to ask your advice on how to take regular backups of my Calendar meetings (better be safe than sorry).
Answer:
Thanks for this question. I am all for regularly backing up our web based tool. A while ago, i wrote a detailed procedure on how to backup Google calendar, which you can find here. Note that you’ll need an email client program such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express or Live Mail in order to restore the Google Calendar backup file. Make sure you follow that simple procedure and use my contact form in case of any issues.
