Thanks for asking. In order to hide all sections on your profile except your Firneds comments you’ll need to use the following CSS code:

/* Hide everything on MySpace */
.nametext,  .contacttable, .blurbs, .userProfileURL,.interestsAndDetails, .userprofiledetail,
.extendednetwork,  .latestblogentry,.friendspace  {display:none}
</style>

Now, grab this code, and paste it in your About Me section. It will do the trick
