With the introduction of MySpace 2.0, many users asked us to provide detailed instructions on how to apply MySpace codes to the newly introduced 2.0 profile. Here’s a quick tutorial on how you can easily implement MySpace 2.0 codes to your profile.
It is important to remember that MySpace 2.0 profiles are fundamentally different that their predecessors as far as its internal structure. Therefore, MySpace 1.0 codes will not work if applied on a MySpace 2.0 profile
OK, now let’s get started with the codes:
- In case that you haven’t done it yet, upgrade your MySpace profile to version 2.0.
- From your top navigation bar hit Profile and then Customize Profile:
-
Under the Appearance tab, hit CSS
- Paste the CSS code you grabbed from this site into the CSS section
- Hit the Preview button (upper left side), and make sure your CSS code works as expected
- Hit the Publish button, MySpace will prompt you that your code was successfully applied to your profile
- Select Home or Profile as you see fit. That’s it- you have just applied your MySpace 2.0 code to your profile
