The code i posted will change your interests background to red. Visit our colors code page for a complete list of colors you can apply as backgrounds to your tables.

If you work on MySpace 1.0, you might want to look into changing your Interests background to an image.

Thanks for your question, Paul. Sure. Using CSS code you can place a background image in both your Interests and Details yables on MySpace. First you’ll need to find your custom background picture and host it in your preferred Image hosting service (like Photobucket, Tinypic etc’). Then modify the PIC_URL here to contain your image location in the hosting service and implement the code in your About me section.

Setting an image as the background of my MySpace Pictures is definitely possible. The way you customize it is by pasting the following HTML code as one of your pictures caption. The following procedure applies to Internet Explorer, however it should easily work on Firefox.

1. Copy the following code:     ====================================================

   PIC_URL is the background picture location as provided by your Image hosting service. Due to the fact that MySpace pictures caption are limited as far as allowed number of characters, i recommend you to use Tinypic as your image hosting service for pictures captions.  

2. Now log in to your MySpace profile and click the Edit Profile link.
3. Click the Pics link in order to open the Pictures page.
